I must admit I was a little concerned about today and the next 2 days of running. Today was actually a very good day. Was it painful?? A little, but I had many people praying, and God watched over me and my running companions as well. There are a few groups that played a big part in my run today.
The fourth, fifth and sixth graders from St. Catherine’s School in Valley City prayed for me this morning. It was great to meet them and have them bless me. Also the students from Triumph Lutheran Brethren prayed for me last night on the phone. They have followed me from the beginning and have been a huge blessing. I think it is amazing how your spirit is lifted when others lift you in prayer. Another good lesson I’ve learned–the POWER of prayer.
I had 3 runners with me today- Rick, Jeanne and Kendall. They really helped me get the miles in today and were a huge blessing to me. I ran from a few miles east of Valley City to a few miles east of Tower City today. I look forward to doing my last long run tomorrow of about 23 miles. I am REALLY looking forward to Saturday! I hope to see you at Scheels if you can make it. Thanks for stopping by and thank you for your support!
God Bless You!

The 7th grade math class at Turkey Creek Middle School in Plant City, Fl , have been plotting your run on a large North Dakota map. They have also been doing math problems related to your run. I read each morning your blog before the class and answer any questions they have. The first thing they ask about when they come in the class each morning is how you’re doing and would I read the blog. Little do they know that I am using you as a witness in a public school to spread the Word. One student blurted out that he knew Jesus had healed you, on the day I read about your knee not hurting anymore. Your running has touched so many lives. May God bless your last miles and keep you safe and healthy.
We love you!! Mom Frederick(teacher) and students at Turkey Creek Middle School.

Well, Wade, I don’t know what else there is to say that hasn’t been said by all the wonderful people that have supported you, and all the wonderful work you have done. Looking forward to having you home, and to seeing some of the great things God will do with your efforts.

Way to go Wade! I remember us talking about this run back in May and your training runs were at about 6miles. You’re almost done – 1 more day! I’ll be thinking about you and Heather and the family and praying for you……when you move here, are you planning on running across KY? We have more hills!:) Seriously, will be making a donation in honor of the run to OCC tomorrow when I read that final blog entry! What a day! Run on my friend! Congrats and all best wishes. Lori
